sites in Israel – announced the acquisition of a 70% stake by Yad2, a subsidiary of Axel
Springer Digital Classifieds (“ASDC”) - The acquisition of Drushim accelerates Yad2’s strategy of building the largest jobs classifieds offering in Israel, the only segment in which it is not already market leader
– ASDC has a portfolio of leading online classifieds brands across Europe, including
